- If you're ordering from the US, shipping is just a low flat rate of $3.50. This goes towards the price of shipping/handling and delivery confirmation to make sure your deck or shirt or anything else you order gets there on time. It also covers any extras that are included in your package (stickers, etc.). Prices recently have gone up for international shipping, so if you live OUTSIDE of the US, please select that option on the product page.
- Privacy & Security
- All your account information when you register will not be shared with any third party. It is only used to make your shopping experience faster and easier when you order from Homewood.
- Returns & Replacements
- Unfortunately I cannot accept returns if you decide you don't like your deck. However if I made a mistake with your order you can return the deck and I'll make you a new one with your exact specifications. It's rare that I make a mistake with an order because I know how frustrating it can be so this shouldn't be something you need to worry about. And you can always trade with kids on FFI! :)
- Ordering
- Ordering on the site should be very easy and straightforward. If you have any questions you can contact me using the contact form on the "Contact Us" page. Also, to make sure everything goes smoothly, it is highly recommended to have your paypal account verified and your address confirmed by paypal. This makes things safer and will speed up delivery.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Right now I'm only accepting paypal but soon I'll be able to accept credit card payments as well. I can also accept money orders so if you need to do that just email us using the form on the Contact Us page.
- Viewing Orders
- At the very top of the site is a link for your cart, where you can see all the items that are currently in your cart. At any time you can remove items by clicking the trash can icon. You may also update quantities of products in your cart. Again if you have any questions please feel free to use the form on the Contact Us page.
